Mike RossiMike likes to explore the realms and possibilities of twentieth and twentyfirst century music. Playing clubs, cafes and festivals from Burlington, Vt. to New York, NY to the Rocky Mountain West and beyond, he has been lucky to share and study music with many wonderful, creative and colorful people throughout his fifteen-plus year professional career. Scott SolskyScott has been performing throughout New England for nearly 20 years. Though he primarily identifies as a modern jazz guitarist, he plays a variety of styles of music, including traditional jazz, funk, rock, and bluegrass. Scott is the leader of the Scott Solsky Quartet (modern jazz) and the Root Guild (instrumental funk), and can also be found playing with the Blue Ribbon All-Star Band (rock), as well as working as a side-man for jazz musicians around New Hampshire. In addition to his performance career, Scott has also been a music educator for the past 12 years, and is currently the Music Program Coordinator for the Shaker Road School in Concord, NH. When he is not performing and teaching, he is the Music Coordinator for the Concord Arts Market, a weekly, outdoor market in Concord, NH. Jared SteerJared Steer is a drummer with a love of all musics and all percussions. He has been playing for over 24 years and has studied with drummers/percussionists such as Jeff Ballard, Rakalam Bob Moses, Bob Gullotti, Dave Dicenso and Jerry Leake. Jared can be heard on numerous recordings. He has also been played on many radio stations, such as Sirius/XM, NPR and many stations around NH and Boston. He also can be heard in the movie “Time and Charges” by Ernest Thompson. He has performed nationally and played at such venues as the Lincoln Center, Symphony Space, the Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH, the Regatta Bar, Ryles Jazz Club, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, The Hatch Shell, Musikfest, the Discover Jazz Festival, Riverwalk in Breckenridge, CO, World Cafe Live-Philadelphia and numerous clubs and festivals throughout the US. He’s performed with Randy Roos, Danny Wilde (the Rembrandts), Kimberly Dahme (Boston), Jerry Leake, Barry Mitterhoff (Hot Tuna), Margot Timmons( The Cowboy Junkies), Jeff Bird (The Cowboy Junkies), Sue Smith, Buddy Cage (New Riders of the Purple Sage), Shawn Monteiro, Kenny Kosek (Jerry Garcia), Steve Rucker (Bee Gees), Bill Trujillo, Phil Sargent, Mike Bisio and others. | +quality(80))
